NMC chemistry
Nickel manganese cobalt cells give higher energy density where weight and volume dominate the design constraint.
Battery management
Our own BMS measures every cell, balances actively and reports over CAN, RS485 and Bluetooth with OTA-ready firmware.
Protection layers
Over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, short-circuit, reverse polarity and temperature cut-offs, with a mechanical fuse as final defence.
Charging intelligence
Temperature-compensated CC-CV profiles, pre-charge for capacitive loads and up to 2C fast charge acceptance.
Thermal management
Passive, forced-air or liquid cooling selected per duty cycle, with simulation-backed cell spacing and phase-change padding.
